His first novel, "The Game" was published by Charles Scribners’ Sons, New York in 1973 and then translated and published by Robert Laffont, Paris, France; Hoffmann Und Campe, Hamburg, Germany; Emece, Buenos Aires, Argentina; Bruna, Amsterdam, Holland; and Cherickover, Tel Aviv, Israel. It was broadcast in ten parts, on Radio De La Suisse Romande in Switzerland.
   
The Game is currently developed for a feature film by Jean-Philippe Laroche, of Nota Bene, Belgium.
  
Since 1988 Izzy Abrahami has worked together with Erga Netz, on the production of TV documentaries, fiction films and the developments of various art projects.
  
Beside being a novelist, journalist, script writer, theatre, film and TV director, Izzy Abrahami is also a great cook!
 
Having completed the film script of ‘A Bend in the Road’ Izzy is now engaged in the pre-production of this road movie romantic comedy.

Between the years 1977 and 1987, he has published numerous articles and interviews in major magazines and newspapers in the USA and Europe.
 
In the USA he published in OMNI Magazine, Find Magazine, Method And Media, and The Camping Journal. In Europe: Tagesspiegel, West Berlin, Germany; Aftenposten, Oslo, Norway; Politiken, Copenhagen, Denmark; Avenue and Zero Magazines, the weekly Vrij Nederland and the daily Handelsblad, in Amsterdam, Holland; And in Israel: Haaretz, Maariv and Yedioth Acharonot.

Izzy Abrahami was born in Bulgaria, immigrated to Israel at the age of ten, and he now lives in New York and Amsterdam.
